  • Recruitment is carried out from time to time when there is
    a reason for hiring.

  • Occasional recruitment of manufacturing workers will be
    carried out collectively by the recruitment department
    at the Paju Plant.

Recruitment process

    Application

    Recruitment announcements and
    regular application forms are
    accepted.

  • STEP. 02

    Document screening

    The evaluation is based on the
    content of the document, such as
    the professionalism, utilization
    ability, and social activity evaluation
    of the position.
    Those who pass the
    document screening will be notified
    individually.

  • STEP. 03

    Interview screening

    We conduct personality tests and
    interviews related to your major.
    Interviewer and interviewer
    many-to-one or many-to-many
    format.

  • STEP. 04

    Physical examination

    We will conduct a recruitment
    physical examination for those who
    pass the interview screening.

  • STEP. 05

    Final pass

    It will be delivered on the website
    and individual notifications, and
    after passing the exam,

    going through training.
