    Team
      QC(Quality Control)
    • Quality Control refers to the work of improving inspecting
      and quality processes so that products with the highest
      quality can be produced at each stage
      from product design
      to mass production with Development team, Resource
      management team, Production team and partner
      companies.
      It is a task to secure final customer satisfaction
      by establishing a systemized quality management system
      (IATF16949: 2016) for quality improvement.
      And promoting
      quality education and quality innovation activities for
      employees.
      Acceptance Inspection
    • The acceptance inspection proceeds with the judgment of
      good/defective products for AL Nicu, and Film supplied from
      partner companies,
      and proceeds with the task of
      preventing the input of defective products in advance.
      PQA(Process Quality Assurance)
    • Determining product to good/defective products, and
      analyzing the cause of process defects. After requesting
      the establishment of the derived
      countermeasures to the
      relevant departments, validation is carried out according to
      them. In addition, Minimized dispersion through SPC and
      MSA for
      the process, and through this, we manage good
      quality products to satisfy our customers.
      QA(Quality Assurance)
    • Prevents quality problems from occurring through prior
      quality assurance activities, and resolving problems through
      improvement activities
      when quality problems arise from customers.

    Team
      Process Technology
    • We are working to minimize BM Loss through preventive
      maintenance activities for equipment, manage MTBF
      by standardizing equipment,
      and improve operation rates.
      Manufacturing Technology
    • Activities to improve yield rates by improving various
      replacement losses and process (quality) losses that occur
      in the process, and
      manufacturing innovation activities through data analysis and standardization.

    • Operate lead tap facilities and perform production
      activities through replacement of raw/subsidiary materials,
      process trouble shooting,
      and registration of various
      MES systems.

    • Facility trouble shooting, preventive maintenance
      activities, spare management, vision inspection
      management, job change management,
      and
      manage all site facilities.

    • We conduct real-time PQC activities for lead-tap products
      in production, detect defective products in advance,
      share them for improvement,
      and improve in-house quality
      through sampling quality inspection.

    Team
      R&D
    • In addition to being involved in everything from
      new product development to mass production,
      we play a role in creating better products by collaborating
      with related departments. When launching a customer's
      product-specific development model, we conduct basic
      research by matching the customer's
      product specifications
      such as characteristics and designs with our mass
      production status and sync the situation. Based on
      the research results,
      we design and plan new products,
      verify them step by step, and present technical measures to
      achieve goals in a timely manner.

      analyze process capability, improve issues leading up to
      mass production, and optimize processes
